Jelly Roll Dreams competition
It's been a couple of weeks since we had a competition, so I
thought it was time to give away a double whammy of delights. A
couple of posts ago I mentioned that I've recently been enjoying a
series called Why Quilts Matter, a documentary series from the US
that covers everything from the history of quilts to their
contriibution to the women's movement as well as lots of really
interesting information about fabrics and textiles. Well, I've got
one copy to give away and as an extra treat I'm combining it with
another favourite, Jelly Roll Dreams by jelly roll experts Pam and
Nicky Lintott. The book is fantastic as it's a compilation of the
twelve winning quilt patterns from a competition designed to make
the most of a single jelly roll - the results are truly impressive!
The book showcases a real variety of designs and techniques so
there's definitely something there for everyone, you should check
it out!
